Registration and Accommodation

Since all the prepared proceedings and bags in which the proceedings is put have been sold out, the registration fee from now on is the regular registration fee - ( 15,000 JY for a copy of proceedings + 3,000 JY for a bag ).
Follow the instructions below to register for participating in this Workshop.
1. Click one of the "Registration and Accommodation" Files bellow.
2. You will find a registration form (including an accommodation application form). Complete it.
3. E-mail or fax it to the Conference Secretariat.
After confirming your registration, you will receive a letter of acceptance from us by fax or e-mail.
Payment
1. Click one of the "Payment" Files bellow.
2. You will find a payment form. Fill out it.
3. Make a copy of it.
4. Put your signature on it.
5. Fax it to the Conference Secretariat.
